Stephen Barden - Daniel

Stephen Barden trained at the Academy and has appeared as the Doctor in Woyzceck, the Porter from Macbeth, Clegg in the Collector, John Contra in Product Medea and Cherie the Ugly Sister at the Space for their Christmas Show. Stephen is a also a member and writer of the Behind the Bike Shed sketch show in Hoxton.

Stephen has just finished playing the Master in A Yorkshire Tragedy at the White Bear and will shortly be playing Sir Andrew in Twelfth Night at the Greenwich Playhouse.

 

 Michelle McMahon - Sophie

Recent theatre includes Broadenings (IHVG for Lost Productions); various roles with Words into Action (Croft Productions); Deception, Illusion and Nate (OTT Productions for Henley Festival).

Film work includes The Interview (Filmbase); Smoke and Mirrors (Park Village Productions)

Emma Jones - Actor 3

Emma appeared in The Bedbug, Medea, The Misanthrope and Henry IV with the Theatre Royal Young Company in the Drum Theatre, Plymouth and is excited to make her first performance in London.

 

Emilie Patry - Actor 2

Emilie graduated from the BA(Hons) Acting course at the Central School Of Speech and Drama in 2005 and Studio 34 (Paris) in 2001. She is biligual French/English and works extensively in both London and Paris.

Television credits include Casualty 1907 for the BBC, Whatever Happened to Gayle Tuesday directed by Harry Hill and The Advocates for Scottish Television.

Stage credits include Stars In The Morning Sky at the Riverside Studios, Ours at the Finborough Theatre and Can't Stand Up For Falling Down at the Arcola.

Emilie won the Best Individual Performance award for her Lady Macbeth at the William Poel Festival held at the Theatre Royal Haymarket. She is also a co-founder of Jagged Fence Theatre Company.

 

Phineas Pett - Actor 1

Phineas trained at the Drama Centre. Theatre credits since graduating: A Yorkshire Tragedy (White Bear), Olive Juice (NT Studio), Seven Other Children (Bolton Octagon/New End Theatre), Getting Out (Lion & Unicorn), Macbeth (Brockley Jack), The Dice House (Hen & Chickens), The Diary (Riverside Studios), A Woman of No Importance (Barons Court), Me and My Girl, Crazy For You (both at London Palladium). TV includes: The Interrogators, Buck Diablo is Dead.

Before training he was in the first cast of the 24 Hour Plays at the Old Vic.


Andrew Dawson - Joseph Kay

Due to an actor leaving the cast director Andrew takes on the role of Kay.

Emily Bowker - Anne Marie

Emily trained at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Her theatre credits include: Too True to be Good (Finborough) Lie of the Land (Arcola), Present Laughter (Theatre Clwyd), Poor Cousin (Hampstead Theatre), A Great Undertaking in Little America (Cheltenham Everyman), Daisy Pulls it Off (No.1 Tour), Look Back in Anger and A Midsummer Nights Dream (The Garrick Theatre Rep Company), Much Ado About Nothing (Ripley Castle), Antigone (Bristol Old Vic) Noises Off (The Torch). Emily enjoys being frequently involved in the development and performance of new writing - most recently Devon Country and Seven Sisters for The Tobacco Factory, Newfoundland for the Ustinov Studio/Theatre Royal Bath, and The Primrose Cresent Party for Attic Theatre Co. She is also a member of The Company Project where she regularly workshops plays in development, and recently performed The Playlist and Playground at Theatre 503 and the Arcola.

Her work for television includes Dr. Rees in Holby City (BBC), Alex in Shameless (Company Pictures/Ch.4), Ellie Johnson in Torchwood (BBC), Leanne in Wire in the Blood (Coastal), Mandy Cook in The Bill (Talkback Thames).

Radio includes High Table, Lower Orders, Swimming Lessons (BBC Radio 4) and various characters in comedy sketch show Roundabout (BBC Radio Wales).

Film work includes playing Carla in the British black comedy feature 'City Rats' starring Danny Dyer (Face Films/Urban Way).


Philip Correia - Richard

Philip trained at LAMDA. His theatre credits include; History Boys (National Theatre, Wyndham's Theatre & National Tour Dir. Nick Hytner). Daniel O'Keefe - Joe

Daniel is an aspiring young actor who has been involved with Islington Community Theatre for 2 years, where he is now a Community Theatre Trainee. Since he joined, he has been involved in both 24 hour projects, Hive 9 by Ali Taylor, Token White Male and Success at the National Theatre. He is currently planning to take a 2nd year out from education so that he can further study acting on a more personal level and gain experience from being in front of an audience.

 

Hayley Thomas - Jodie

Hayley Thomas is a Community Theatre Trainee at Islington Community Theatre. She graduated from City and Islington Sixth Form College in July 2009, where she studied English Literature, Drama and Theatre Studies and Media Studies and participated in numerous performing arts project, including with the Almeida Theatre. She has always had a passion for the arts and performed in Islington Youth Theatre's play Success by Nick Drake at the National Theatre as part of the New Connections Festival. She is currently a member of Islington Community Theatre's group for 16-22 year olds, Work in Progress.

Oliver Ashworth - Billy

 I have just graduated from a 3yr acting course at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Since leaving I have been involved in several new writing evenings, with the most recent showing a new verse work at Theatre 503. I am extremely interested in new writing and collaborating on theatre that explores the realities of life and the very basics of human interaction and emotion.

 

Toby DeCann: Colin

Born and brought up in Stoke-on-Trent and now based in London, Toby trained at Mountview, and represented the school for the BBC Carlton Hobbs Award. After graduating in June 2009, The Cambridge Shakespeare Festival 2009 marked his professional theatre debut with performances as Lorenzo in The Merchant of Venice and Escalus in Measure for Measure.

Toby is currently starring in The Betfair Front Room a series of commericials in which five passionate football fans banter, argue and debate with each other about the week's football events and issues, and ultimately agreeing to disagree by shaking on a bet.

Tom Ford: Vernon

Tom recently graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts with BA Hons in Acting. In his time there he played a variety of roles before playing Jean Paul Marat in Paul Clement's production of Marat/Sade and the role of Arthur in Matt Ryan's production of The York Realist. This is where he met and worked with director Emily Jenkins for the first time; he is very grateful to her for giving him this opportunity.

Since leaving Mountview, Tom had starred in Cryptomnesia, a short film by upcoming director Pete Williams and has recently finished a three month tour of schools with Quantum Theatre Company.

Roger Thomson: Reg

Following graduation from Trinity College Dublin in 2006, in the Winter season of 07/08 he worked with Second Age Theatre company performing in Shakespearean productions that toured Ireland Nationally. His roles included the Porter in Macbeth and Launcelot Gobbo in The Merchant of Venice. Roger is delighted to collaborate with Emily Jenkins for the second time, last year he appeared in the two-hand piece "Mojo Mickeybo".

Other theatre credits include "This Lime Tree Bower" (Mountview Postgards), "Phildelphia, Here I Come!!!" (Second Age), "Free To be ...   Naomi Hill - Sally

Naomi graduated from the BA (hons) Acting course at Rose Bruford in 2002. Since then her theatre credits include; Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea (BAC & Latitude Festival), The Shadow (Salisbury Playhouse & Underbelly, Edinburgh Fringe), Mary Shelley in Frankenstein (Caught Short Theatre, Shunt), Lady Macbeth & Lady Capulet, national tours (Long Overdue Theatre Company), Romeo and Juliet (Chichester Festival Theatre), Olivia in Twelfth Night (Etcetera Theatre) and The Bright and Bold Design (ICA).

Television credits include; Midsomer Murders, Doctors and The Great San Fransisco Earthquake (Channel 4 & National Geodraphic).
Naomi has also acted in many short films and regularly performs in experiential theatre escapades with London Quest.

Currently, Naomi is developing a new show, The Knife Thrower which scratched at the BAC in 2009.


 

Matthew Reynolds - Steve

After leaving The University of Birmingham Matthew co-founded Labyrinth Theatre Company with Laura and has performed in adaptations of The King of Schnorrers, Jungle and The So Just Stories. Classical texts include 'Tis Pity She's a Whore, Leonardo in Blood Wedding, Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet and the title role in Macbeth. Also a keen singer he has performed in a number of musicals including the National Youth Theatre's production of Oh What a Lovely War.

On Screen Matthew has been tortured to death by Claire Goose in the Movie Bad Day, defeated the demon in Kenneth Colley's Greetings and is currently working on a of comedy series with upcoming troupe Poodlewhore.
